The flowers on my Buddleja davidii are wilting, why?
Hi! I have bought liliac which looked wonderful in the shop, really healthy, after few days the flowers started to dry out. I have not replanted the plant yet, it is standing on very sunny balcony. How can I help this plant?

This is not regular lilacs, but buddleja davidii, called summer lilac or butterfly-bush in english, sommerfuglbusk in norwegian.
Your plants looks perfectly healthy, and it is normal that the flowers wilt when they are done. Once a flower has completely wilted, you can cut it off to allow the plant to focus its energy on making more flowers. :-)
